The Town of Ocean Isle Beach will be charging for parking in public spaces in 2025. You can go to the city government site for details. You can purchase an annual pass or a temporary pass. All golf carts listed here (the ones that are extras and the ones included with several of the houses) have had the annual pass purchased, so you can park in all public areas without needing to purchase a permit. Very convenient.

Having a golf cart included with the house is very unusual and a great addon, but having a 6-seater is unique, indeed. A lot of extra value here, all included in the rental price.
