Description

Escape to this new build on the west side of the island which offers 8 bedrooms, 7 full baths, and 2 half baths. Upstairs on the second floor you will find a full size den, half bath with laundry, and 4 bedrooms.  The primary bedroom on this floor has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and tile shower.  This room also has access to the back deck overlooking Jinks Creek.  Two bedrooms on the street side have King beds and ensuite bathrooms as well as access to a streetside deck.  The fourth bedroom has a single/double bunk set.  

The third floor has the gourmet kitchen with two refridgerators, large living room with huge sectional sofa, half bathroom and two streetside bedrooms.  One bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom including a tub/shower combo and access to a streetside deck.  The second bedroom has two king beds with ensuite bathroom with tile shower and access to a streetside deck.  

On the Top Floor, you will find a partially covered deck with views all the way to the Sunset Beach Bridge and two bedrooms.  The first has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom.  The other bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and access toa streetside deck.
