What we do-
- We help vacationers to OIB find great owner direct rental vacation properties – year round
- We advertise on this web site our OIB direct rental at 37 Moore St, and direct rentals of other vacation property owners at OIB.
- We will work with you directly if you wish to book our place, or, if you wish to rent one of the others in our group, we will put you directly in touch with the owner.
- We help vacationers find the best property for them via providing very complete information on each property and promptly responding to questions about the properties in the group.
- The web site and property advertising is managed by Marc Weibel, a licensed real estate broker. The property owners in this online group compensate Marc Weibel with a small referral fee for vacationers who book their property.
Who are the property owners on this site-
- The other properties are owned either by friends from our home town or other folks we have met at OIB over the years
- All the owners in our group are caring owners who keep their properties updated and love OIB and want to do everything possible to make sure you have a great experience
How to use the site and how “Contact us” works
- Properties can be easily located through the navigation menus by looking at a list of all of them, or by property type
- There is a search button where you can enter search terms and help find what you are seeking.
- Property details always include how far the property is from the beach and the size of the property.
- Calendars, rate schedules, contact forms, contract links, and links to photo albums are located in the details page for each property in our direct-rental group.
- We post our personal cell number of Marc Weibel, site administrator, and you can call anytime, as you may deem necessary, but ask that your initial inquiry be with email and always include your group details- type of group, # in group, # of adults over age 25, # young adults-u25, # teens, and # of children
