  • Guests are responsible to completely tidy house upon departure (cleaners mop, dust, vacuum and sanitize), including taking out trash and leaving a clean refrigerator

This  beautifully decorated 7 bedroom waterfront upscale home is a great choice for a large family group with lots of room.

Private boat dock on Jink’s Creek.  Jink’s Creek goes to mud a low tide, but is navigable by kayak and paddle board.

 Just 400 yards and a 5 minute walk to the beach access, and 1/2 mile from parking at the ocean front Isles Beach Club pool.  Pool privileges included for all guests of 123 Via Soundside Dr.  The Isles Beach Club is an ocean front private pool that also has an excellent restaurant and tiki bar. 

On the West side of the island, about 1.6 miles from the island center, the 123 Via Soundside has a wonderful location.  The sunsets you will see from the back deck are picture perfect.   It is short walking distance from the Isles Restaurant.  The 123 VS guests have  privileges at Isles Beach Club that is a 10 minute walk  (but also has parking) from the house and features a large ocean front pool (see pictures).  There is a closer beach access area which is about a 5 minute walk.  This home is large at over 3700 square feet, expansive decking on all three levels overlooking the inlet, and ample parking.

The reverse floor plan is open in the kitchen, dining, and living area.  There is a large fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances.  The kitchen and bar countertops are granite and upscale, as are all bathrooms.  Like everything in the house the living area is large and comfortable for family gatherings and entertainment.  The dining table seats up to 10 and the kitchen bar another 5.  Large outdoor table on the deck right by the kitchen seats another 8. Lots of seating.

The 123ViaSoundside comfortably sleeps 20 guests with 7 bedrooms.  This home has 3 levels (elevator goes to all levels).  First level has 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom on middle level, and 2 bedrooms on the upper level.  Six of the bedrooms are en suite with 6th and 7th first level bedrooms sharing a full bath.  There is an extra half bathroom on the middle level.

Lots of fun stuff included- beach toys, Kayaks, paddle boards, golf cart, beach chairs and umbrella. 

Property can handle up to 5 cars.
