The bedrooms have nice separation and privacy and the open floor plan is very comfortable for small family groups. Very economical choice.

This canal waterfront home has a private dock with bench seats and a very nice fish cleaning station. Fully fenced in backyard on waterside of house with latch gate to the private dock.
The house main floor has an open floor plan with an outstanding kitchen and large bar area with seating. There are four large bedrooms with queen beds in 3 and a double bed and bunk set in a large fourth bedroom. There is a front and back sun deck with dining tables and lounge chairs on both. Two porch swings on ground level and covered. It has 3 bathrooms for your comfort as well as an outdoor shower. The decor and furnishings are current and update. Recent facelift to entire inside of house. You will find the 10 Leland a very comfortable home.
The bedrooms have nice separation between them, with 1 bedroom (Queen) on upper level, 2 bedrooms on street side main level of house, and 1 bedroom on waterside main level of house.
If you are looking for a nice place at a very good price and very close to the beach, this is it.
