Waterside with private dock.  2 nice benches on dock.  Enough room to park 2 boats.  We have parked two 20's boats at this dock in the past.  Canal navigable at all tide levels.  Ties directly into Intracoastal Waterway.  You can see kayaks behind fence.  Yard completely fenced with interior second fence for pool.

37 Moore Pool

    Pool is 9x17 and can be heated upon request.  Pool heat is set to 89 degrees if on.  The pool is under the deck at 37 Moore in an area that will receive afternoon sun, but has lot of protected shaded area around the pool as well.  The pool has jets, inside light, has large steps at the entrance that extend out 4 feet or so for little ones, and the rest of the pool is a constant 54" deep.

This is the bath for the main level master.  Shower tub combo.  Both masters (king beds) have large bathrooms with double sinks.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The back of this home is directly fronted on a canal waterway.  These canals are manmade.  Some of the older canals have natural edges, and the newer ones have nicer concrete sides to them.   37 Moore  is on one of the concrete canals, with deep water,  and can handle boat travel, even at low tide. This canal waterway is tied into the Intracoastal Waterway a short distance away.  At Ocean Isle Beach, there is a "beach access"  street every several blocks.  The town of Ocean Isle was very thoughtful in setting up lots of beach accesses with parking, unlike most, if not all of the other nearby beaches.  Moore Street is one street over from beach access Leland St.  The 37 Moore is about 600 yards from the beach, but the included golf cart is a delight.  You can park it right at the beach access.  In the photos you can see a rooftop porch, but we do make that off limits to guests.   The pool area is very cozy and nicely decorated.

This is a spectacular home that has been professionally decorated and will provide a very pleasant setting for you and your family to create a memorable vacation.   The home features 2 master bedrooms en suite, one on each level, both with king beds, double sinks, and 32" HTVS.  The main level Master Suite has a private exit to a street side quiet balcony and the upper Level Master Suite has a private exit to the upper level deck.

Moore St.  in a very quiet and peaceful part of the island, as well, making this an outstanding spot for a family group of all ages.    The home is located in the east central part of the island, about 16 blocks (1.1 miles) from the main island road.    

The home is large and very nicely furnished and decorated throughout.    The golf cart seats 4 with the rear seat that can be used as a seat or folded down to take your beach stuff easily to the beach access.  Large game room on ground level, finished and cooled.  With great ping pong table and 55" HTDV. 

On the main floor (middle level) are 2 bedrooms- one is a master suite (blue bedroom) with king bed and dual sinks in the en-suite full bath.  Each has a private bath.  The other main floor bedroom (green room) has a queen and twin bed in it, a full bath en-suite, and is very spacious.  Both main level bedrooms are high-end Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring in a pine look.  Both bedrooms have private balconies on the street side and both have 32" HDTV's.  Main Floor has bedding for 5 people.

On the upper level are 3 bedrooms.  The Master Suite has a king bed, overlooks the canal waterway, and has a private exit to the upper level deck. It has large en suite bath with walkin shower double sinks.  The bedroom is oversized with a table next to the window.  There is a Smart 32" HDTV in the upper level Master Suite.  There is a second nice-sized bedroom on the upper level with a Queen and Twin and private en suite bath.  The bedroom has a 24" HDTV.  The bath has a large oversized jetted tub with a handle spray (no shower).  The third bedroom on the upper level small bedroom  and has a very nice bunk set.  It has an HDTV with DVD and VCR.  There is a VCR library of over 50 great kids movies.   Upper level can sleep up to 7 people.  

The ground level is very nice and has a private bedroom with a bunk set and Queen Bed.  The bedroom is nicely decorated and has a 24" HDTV.  Ground level has bedding for 4 people.  There is a half bath very close to this bedroom.

The ground level game room includes a ping pong table, a 55" HTDV, and plenty of seating.  The ping pong table can be easily folded up for a group viewing of a TV event, or a good place for the family gathering. 

The 37 Moore has a nice fenced yard on the waterside and a large private dock with bench seats and fish cleaning stand.  Outside underneath house is a nice gas grill and picnic table, plus additional seating.  The private pool is 17x9 and 4.5 feet of constant depth.  It can be optionally heated.  Around the pool is decorated nicely with shower (hot and cold water), table and chairs, umbrella, and hammock. 

The kitchen is equipped with dual ovens, dishwasher, microwave and disposalThe dining room table seats 8, but is big enough to add chairs to the corners to get 10 people.  There is extra seating for 6 at the bar.  The kitchen open to the great room with a Smart 43" HDTV.  Just off the kitchen is a 1/2 bath that can be accessed from the hallway and not through a bedroom.   On the same hallway on the main level is the laundry room (with super large washer and super large dryer).  High End Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring throughout great room, kitchen, hallway and both bedrooms on main level.

Some of the great features included with the price are... golf cart, bikes, tandem kayak, private dock with seating, beach chairs, great deck seating on street side and canal side, 8tvs, DVD players, board games and card games. The Ping Pong table in the large gameroom make this a great place for family fun.  These extras all provide a nice touch for families and make 37 Moore a great value and a great family choice. 

The house has 2 garages that are separated.  Owner keeps one locked for owner storage, but the other one is for guests and includes beach games, beach toys, bikes, chairs, floats and more.  Golf cart is stored in the guests side of the garage.

Our capacity of 15 guests presumes several children in the group.  No more than 2 adults (18 or older) per bedroom, so if a group is all aged 18 or older, the capacity is 12 people.  There is a limit of not more than 5 cars the driveway at any one time.  There is some room in our sideyard to park a boat trailer in addition to getting 5 cars in the driveway.  No street parking.  Family groups or other adult groups are welcome.  Student groups or chaperoned groups of students are not allowed.

6 bedrooms plus game room on ground level (6 sleeping areas)  - 2 kings, 3 Queens, 2 Twins,  2 Bunk sets.  All 6 Bedrooms have Cable HDTV's.

  • REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: $600, including golf cart deposit

  • Maid Service is included in ALL WEEKLY PRICES

  • Linen Details- If linen service opted,  we provide access to a fully stocked linen closet.  Beds not premade.  Hand towel for each bath and  several dish towels included.  Great price for this at $11/person Linens Only, or $15/person Linens and Towels, plus tax.  Guests are responsible to strip beds, get load going in wash before walking out the door.   There should not be any more linens to be dried and put up by the cleaning service than were needed by the number in the group.  Bedspreads need to be remade by guest.  For additional $5 per bed, plus tax, beds will be pre-made when you arrive.

  • If optional pool heat is chosen, it is set to 89 degrees, warmer than other pools who have heat.  $50/day all months except Dec-Feb, and it is $70/day for those months, plus tax of 12.75%.  Min # of days for pool heat is 3.  Pool heat generally turned on slightly before you arrive, but not later than 2 hours after your arrival and turned off morning of checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change, anytime, until your reservation is confirmed with a signed, accepted contract.

  • Surcharges will apply to prices above for Value and Offseason periods that include a holiday.
