COMFORT CASUAL, this is a very nice property that packs a lot of value into this smaller home.  Perfect for the smaller family.  Includes Premium CABLE, a great back porch, and ping pong table.

4 bedrooms and 2 baths - bedding for 8, total capacity including children is 6  Q,D,T,T, D-Futon (Adult-Grown Teens capacity is 5)

Bedrooms: The Master bedroom, with Queen Bed, overlooks the water with French doors leading out to a large screened-in back porch with table & chairs and two daybeds. The Second Bedroom also has a queen bed.  The third Bedroom  has a full-sized bed and the fourth Bedroom has two twin beds. For comfort, there are combo ceiling fans in every bedroom, and the air conditioning and heating work great. For additional heating, there is a gas stove. There are two bathrooms complete with showers and tubs plus a outdoor private heated shower.

Office/Living Room: There is an Internet High Speed Access connection for you, if you bring your laptop.  The loveseat folds out into a bed. The Living Room has a 27 in. Television with Digital Cable and Premium Channels. There are numerous types of board games and a Boom Box with a CD Player. There are two telephones and 30 Minutes of Long Distance is Included with weekly renters.

Outside: Outside of the house is a nice grassy back yard. The sides of the back yard are fenced in with the back open (not fenced) along the water.  This is a waterfront property with a boat dock. There are plenty of beach chairs and a bench seat on the dock and there is a wicker loveseat on the front porch. There is a garage with access to the house and plenty of additional items such as a Nice Grill, fishing equipment, crab cages, bicycles, beach toys, and lawn chairs.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked and also includes a Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Icemaker, and Ice dispenser for cubed or crushed ice. There is a stack washer and dryer included to wash clothes.

Sales tax of 12.75% is extra.  There are no reservation fees.  Surcharges apply during Holiday periods that fall in off-season periods.  Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during off-season periods.

Refundable Security deposit of $400

End-of-stay cleaning fee of $130 is included in all weekly bookings.  Cleaning fee+tax is extra for all partial week bookings.

There is a minimum charge of $500 for all partial week bookings.
