This Windjammer II Unit BB is one of only eight units in this handsome, two-level building which is located on the gated and private West End of Ocean Isle Beach. You will love the large pool located directly in front of this upscale unit! While it is not ocean view you are just a few steps and less than a one-minute walk to the beach and NO streets to cross. It is very large and spacious inside, plus has  two large porches which overlook the pool and central island. The main level porch/balcony is accessed from the great room.  The upper level porch/balcony is accessed from 1 of the upstairs bedrooms.  You are not and do not feel cramped in this home and it is much larger than most of the cottages and other condominiums on Ocean Isle and other beaches. The kitchen is spacious with a large capacity refrigerator, tile floors, and lots of cabinet space. The dining and family living area is carpeted and has lots of seating. All of the bedrooms and  bathrooms are spacious and have plenty of closet and storage space.  The Master Bedroom is on first level and has a private bath.  The porch/balconies overlook both the pool and the interior island. The walk to the beach is less than a minute, and there is a large deck on the beautiful beach you can sit on or put your beach chairs on the beach and watch the world go by. The beach is just beautiful and is great to play on or stroll down to the inlet and watch the boats come in after a day of fishing or watch the incredible sunsets. The beach is not crowded and you have lots of room to play and walk.  Located on the West End of the Island, behind a private security gate.  This complex is only a few years old.  We just redecorated this year and re-painted.  This is a luxury unit and it shows in every way.  This is a corner unit, which affords the privacy of a home, but the economy of a condo.  There are very few condos this large at Ocean Isle.  This condo rents for approximately half of a similarly located home with pool.   The setup makes this an outstanding and economical choice for the extended family with smaller children (pool lovers), seeking luxury accommodations in an upscale location. Each of the 5 large bedrooms has its own private bath.  There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, and 3 upstairs.  This corner unit has lots of windows and is very bright and appealing.  

There are  two sit-out porches.  The lower porch extends out from the living room.  The upper level porch extends out and is accessed from one of the upstairs bedrooms.  This is a very large pool, as compared to the other condos on the island.  The pool has a  large sundeck, lots of sunning areas, barbeque and picnic tables.
