Canal Waterfront Homes - 9 properties
One of the most unique features
about Ocean Isle Beach are the boatable waterways that weave through the
island. These waterways in the central part of the island all tie
into the Intracoastal Waterway, with easy access to the Ocean.
These homes all have private docks. Even if you do not have a boat, this
backyard water provides lots of family fun for Ocean Isle Vacationers-
fishing, crabbing, swimming, or just relaxing. These canal homes
are very popular with those familiar with the island. They are
different and unique and a whole lot of fun.
Some of these
homes have Kayaks and most have Bikes. All are more fully equipped
than you will find with the large rental companies. In this group you can find HS Internet, Ping-pong, pool
table, basketball goals, and even golf carts. All are very close
to the beach and the distance from the beach is noted on each individual
page. Peak prices range from $1180/week-$2020/week in peak. All
homes are nice, up-to-date, and very have fresh decor. All are
located in the central part of the island and have large beach
areas. This part of the island is very residential, so the beach
is not crowded, even in the summer. All of the homes are within
1.5 miles of the Island Pier near the main bridge. Here are some
photos typical to the canal homes and part of the island. The
beach photo shows you how crowded the beach was on a late morning in
July last summer. These homes all have nice decks and private
docks. Most decks have cover and are also have sheltered and
furnished sitting areas on the ground level.

CONDOS - 4 PROPERTIES
Ocean Isle Beach runs east-west, unlike most areas
on the East Coast Atlantic. Most of the Condos on the island are
on the East End of the beach. All of the condos on our web site
are in this area. The beach is very nice in this part of the
island, and has actually been growing in recent years as storms have
added sand instead of eroding sand. Most condos on the island are
