View from stairway of unit to the ocean.  This unit does not have ocean view from the unit, but is only 50 yards from the beach, with no streets to cross.  At 1100+121 tax, this property rents for over $300 less than the units in the same complex that have the ocean view.  Is the ocean view worth $100, we think so.  Is it worth and extra $200?hmmmm... is it worth an extra $300 or more, in the same complex, the same walking distance from the beach?  $300 could be your entire weekly food bill, including some nights out.  We think the OSW side view unit is a great value at $300 off the ocean view units.  Also, the big real estate companies keep the different at $100-$150.
