700 square feet, plus outside deck with porch furniture-1br queen w/cable TV/vcr, bunk nook with twin bunk beds..... cable TV/vcr in living room, use of owner storage closet outside w/beach chairs/toys/boogie boards/ 2 bikes. Many books and puzzles. Next to open grassy area large enough for a ball game or volleyball.  Although there is not much street traffic in general at Ocean Isle, this complex is off the main road in an area with very little traffic, a good thing for children and bikes.

Pool, one of just a few that is 8 " deep left on any beach, newly retiled, with enlarged decking area and privacy fence. This is a very nice pool and one of the best ones on the island.

If you are looking at other units in this complex, here is something to consider--while all of the units are 1 bedroom, some are a little larger than others.  There are 12 units in each of the 4 buildings, with only 6 outside/end units.  B-5 is and outside/end unit.  It has a larger living room space and extra closet.  It is also different than the smaller units in that it has windows in bathroom and an extra set of double windows in the bedroom and living room.  Unit B-5, is also a top unit, so it is quieter (with no units over you).  The washer/dryer are recently installed.  This unit has High Speed wireless internet included and Direct TV Premier Package/DVR.  There is a TV in the master bedroom and also the living area.

The swimming pool, outdoor grills, and tennis courts are an amenity enjoyed by our guests and not the norm for most beach cottage rentals.

Enjoy walking to lunch or dinner at the beachfront restaurant “The Isles” and watch a beautiful sunset while walking the west end beach.  Tidal pools are a source of some of the best shell hunting on the island.
