PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Very quiet Canal Waterfront Vacation Rental Home just feet away from the Intracoastal Water Way .  Step out and relax either on the deck or in the Gazebo and watch as boats go sailing by.

This home has 5 cable TV’s with DVD players. There are also 2 with VHS/DVD combo’s. 4 TV’s have easy access game hook up capabilities.  The master bedroom has its own private deck overlooking the waterway.  There is also a partially covered deck off the living room and dining room overlooking the Canal.  The Gazebo on the water is a great place to sit and relax.  It has a porch swing and plenty of places to sit.  For the fishermen there is a fish cleaning station with running water.  There are electrical outlets also located down in the Gazebo by the pier.  This is a great choice for either the boater or just someone who wants to piddle on the canal either by fishing or throwing out crab traps. The outside shower is fully enclosed with hot and cold running water.  The back yard is fully enclosed with a gated fence.

This house comes equipped with a two seater kayak for the more adventurous, a ping pong table, adult and children bikes, and a golf cart to take you to the beach or local businesses.  For those of you who can’t be without a computer we have high speed wireless internet access. THE COMPUTER IS NOT INCLUDED-SO BRING YOUR LAPTOP.

This home is very spacious.  Beddings is QQQ,DD,TT

CCTV’s in every bedroom  (Premium Cable-70+channels, no HBO)

Sega game console in one bedroom with several games,  DVD/VCR movies with no ratings higher than PG-13 available and lots of board and card games to entertain the whole family.

All weekly prices include cleaning fee.  Cleaning fee is $100 for partial weeks.  Sales tax of 10.75% is extra.  

There are no reservation fees.  Surcharges may apply during Holiday periods that fall in offseason periods.  Additional discounts may be available for smaller groups during offseason periods.

Self cleaning may be allowed in offseason.  The Contract includes island evacuation protection (Hurricane), unlike most of the larger agencies, who charge extra for this.
