Pool cannot be accessed from back of house without passing through a latched gate.

This home rents Sat-Sat Jun-Aug and Sun-Sun in other months.
  • Cleaning fee is included in ALL weekly rentals. 

  • There is a 3 night minimum on nightly rentals except offseason holiday periods, where it might be more.

  • Cleaning fee is extra in partial weeks and is $170.

  • Sales Tax is 12.75%

  • Refundable Security Deposit of $600

  • Special Separate contract for golf cart

  • Surcharges apply to published rates apply to all holiday periods, including Oyster Festival weekend.  Email for price quotes for those times.  Add $200 app to weekly price for Thanksgiving, and Christmas Week.  

  • Surcharge of $50 per day (full or partial), plus tax, to operate Pool Heater in all months but Dec-Feb.  $75 per day in Dec-Feb.  If Pool Heater is used, it must be continuous.  We can cut it on the day of or day after arrival and turn it off day of or day prior to departure.  We can cut it on or off in mid-stay, but there will be a $35 extra charge to do this.  If Pool Heater is used, there is a 3 day minimum charge of $225.

 

 
  • Bedroom 1 K main level with large private bath that includes standup shower, garden tub, and 2 sinks; Bedroom 2 upper level K,T,T, plus private room sink and small fridge within the bedroom; Bedroom 3 upper level Q,D with private full bath; Bedroom 4 upper level Q,D;  Bedrooms 2 and 4 share a hallway upper level full bath;  Bedroom 5 Ground Level  D,D with private bath
  • Each bedroom has a Flat Screen HDTV along with great room and game room - 7 in total.  Several DVD players and big video library/VCR
  • All TV's set up with Premium DirecTV and sports packages- they get all NFL, NBA, MLB games and all Premium Movie Channels
  • High Chair and Pack-n-Play
  • NO house phone
  • Central Air and Heat (3 units, one on each level)
  • Outside Privacy Shower w/ Hot and Cold Water
  • The bedrooms on main and upper level are all very spacious
