Notice there is no house on one side of the property, which gives you lot's of extra privacy. This part of the island is very quiet. The end of the island, which is one of the best parts of the island, is a short distance away. The end of the island is where a lot of boaters go to hang out and "beach it" during the summer, and swim and recreate on the Waterway side. From this house it is a very convenient walk to beach at the surf, or, to the waterway side of the island.
The beach area is large and expansive and has good beach at all tide levels.
The home has new furnishings throughout, and an up-to-date kitchen.
As you face the house from the road, the below 2 bedrooms are on the right side and share a full bath. BR#1 has a Queen and CCTV with 19". BR#2 has a Dbl and a twin, and also has a CCTV. BR#1 has windows overlooking the ocean and BR#2 is streetside.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are below and are on the left side of the house, when looking at it from the streetside. BR#3 has a Queen and BR#4 had a Double and Twin. BR#3 is oceanside and BR#4 is streetside of the house. Both bedrooms share a full bath.
Both bathrooms have a combination shower/tub. Both are accessible from the bedrooms, only.
