This is our most economical house.  You can add a golf cart and double kayak to this property for $220/week, plus tax, which is about half the price these can be rented elsewhere, locally.

As soon as we get some bookings going, the price on this property will be $1140/week.  We have an introductory price of $1040/week, which can end, anytime.

Recently painted inside, updated furniture, very nice floorplan.  Bedding includes 1 King and 2 Queen beds.  As with all other properties in our group, internet is included.

CH/A, W/D, DW, 19" CCTV.  TV's in 3 of the 3 bedrooms.   Fully stocked kitchen, including microwave and disposal.   Basic Cable service included.  Telephone, with block on long distance calling.  All bedrooms are good sized and nicely furnished.   Outside shower with privacy booth and hot and cold water.  Access to large closet under house.  This closet contains the washer and dryer, plus an extra 1/2 bath.  It is a good sized room and has storage areas for your beach things.  Rear porch is covered and has rockers, deck furniture and table.  Everything about this house is very neat, tidy, clean, and  orderly.    High Speed Internet.

THE RENTAL PRICE IS ON THIS FULLY EQUIPPED WATERFRONT HOME  IS ABOUT THE SAME AS MOST OF THE "OFF BEACH" 3BR-2BA CONDOS.  THESE CONDOS ARE ABOUT 1000 SQ FEET, SOME LESS.  43 RICHMOND STREET IS A NICE CLEAN  HOME WITH CASUAL FURNISHINGS, AND A VERY GOOD LOWER COST OPTION.

This home is 1 street over from the nearest beach access street Concord St, and is about 700 yards from the beach.
