PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This is a very spacious home with over 2000 square feet, including a very large living area on the main floor and a second living area on the upper level.  The living area on the upper level is a very nice and large space and includes a private porch balcony and nice view of the canal waterway.  

This home has a screened porch, and outside a picnic table, hammock, and swing.  The back yard is fully fenced and there is bench seating on the private dock.

There is plenty of seating for dining, including a large kitchen bar with seating for 4.  The countertops are solid surface and the kitchen is cheery and bright.

Canal: 4 bedrooms plus loft(1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, 6 singles), 2 1/2 baths. Central H/A. 

There are 6 flat panel HDTV CCTV's with cable service, including 52"
