THE FIRST 2 PHOTOS BELOW ARE THE FRONT AND BACK OF 32 NEWPORT.
|
|

|
 |
| In the first picture, you see a neatly landscaped yard with palmetto trees,
plenty of parking, including some covered parking in the middle, a basketball
goal and covered front porch. This first photo was taken in the morning,
so the front is still shaded. In the afternoon late afternoon, the back
side of the house is shaded. In the second waterside photo, you see
one of our 2 kayaks, private dock, colorful deck furniture, porch swings, and a
neatly fenced back yard. There are benches and a water ladder at the dock. |

|

|
| THIS PICTURE IS FROM THE DECK OUTSIDE THE LOFT, TOWARDS THE OCEAN, TAKEN
MID-MORNING IN THE WINTER. THE BEACH IS JUST BEHIND THE HOUSES AT THE BACK
OF THE PICTURE. |
The second photo
above is of the dock (you can see the new ladder on the dock , to the left,
behind the bench) and was taken July 2004. |

All
kitchen appliances are up-to-date - we have d/w, toaster,
microwave, blender, smoothie maker, coffee maker, can opener,
crock pot, ample pots and pans - this kitchen is fully equipped
in every way |
 |
 |
| The
above pictures show the living area, kitchen and dining areas
from various angles. The kitchen has a double French door
that opens on a large deck that is partially covered, with nice
deck furniture and a swing. Inside, there is a spacious
kitchen for this size home with a nice bar that has 4 bench
stools. All counter are Corian and the with beaded-board
style cabinets and plentiful overhead recessed lights make the
kitchen bright and pleasant. Under the stairway, in the
kitchen you will note a second refrigerator, which comes in
handy for extra drink storage. The dining table
comfortably seats 4, but can seat up to 6. It is a round
side drop-leaf style, than can be changed to seating for 2, with
smaller groups. The photo above shows one side leaf folded
and one open. The kitchen opens to the living area that
features vaulted ceiling with fan and overhead windows that
provide extra light. There is a large new sectional sofa
that has lots of space for seating and a nice coffee table for
gaming and other family activities. The 27" CCTV
features a DVD/VCR combination player. |

|

|
| The
master bedroom features a king bed (left), a flat panel LCD TV
(right) and a CD Stereo (right). There is a private half
bath and laundry room (right photo). On the other side of
the bedroom (not shown) is an entrance to a full bath that is
shared with BR#2. |
|

|

|
| This
is BR#2, adjacent to the main combination room and the full bath that divides
this BR and the master bedroom. This is a nice sized room with a queen and
a twin bed. On the wall to the left is a Armoire, with a 14 inch
stereo flat screen TV, with DVD player attached. |

The
fourth bedroom is set up for kids, but has a nice newly purchased full sized
(double) bed, along with a bunk set. Our home can handle a variety
of group "make-ups". We have a comfortable setup for 4 couples,
or can handle a group that is a mixture of singles, kids, and couples.
BR#4, like the other bedrooms, is nicely furnished with light colors and
has white walls. BR#4 has 2
windows, one overlooking the canal waterway. It also
has a large cabinet (middle photo above) with a full library of books, games, and videos.
We have an extra color TV in this room (no cable) set up with a Nintendo 64 with
over 10 games, including NFL Blitz.
|
 |
The loft has a couch (the couch can also be a sleeper single), loveseat,
coffee table, 25" CCTV, and a 64 video game. All are outside
this photo. Also, it has a computer with High Speed DSL Internet, a
wireless router , printer, fax machine, and cd/stereo.
The loft also has an exit to a private upper level deck. |
